US Fugitive Deported From Thailand Faces Extra Charge

PHUKET: Kelly Lynn Miller, arrested by Thai police on Koh Lanta last month and later deported to the US as a fugitive from a five-year DUI homicide jail term in 2009, has been charged with second-degree bail jumping, media in Alabama report. It's likely Miller will clear that charge before beginning the sentence.
