The large truck comes to rest upside down on a guard rail today

Crash North of Phuket Kills Man, Sheds Rubber Tree Load

Sunday, June 3, 2012
PHUKET: A motorcyclist wearing a helmet was killed when hit by an 18-wheel truck in a spectacular crash north of Phuket today.

The man died at the scene and the out-of-control truck capsized, shedding its load and spreading sawn pieces of rubber tree over the road.

The crash occurred in bad weather at Baan Sikan, north of Takuapa, in Phang Nga, about 11am.

It took rescuers two hours to cut free the driver and his passenger from the cabin of the truck, which came to rest on a guard rail.

The men were taken to Takuapa Hospital.

Did the driver of the truck blamed the motorcyclist already, for causing this accident??
One of the few, with a helmet, but what is with the many killers on 4 and more wheels?

Editor Comment:

We are always going to report what happens on Phuket and in the Greater Phuket region, even when others find murders in Canada more relevant.
