PHUKET: Three expats have been found dead overnight on Phuket with the causes not suspicious but yet to be explained.
The body of a 29-year-old American woman was found in a guesthouse in Rawai, southern Phuket, at 10pm last night, just a few hours after the woman had checked in.
Her body was found face down on a bed, with the woman dressed in a singlet and underpants. There were no signs of disturbance.
At 7.15pm last night, the Thai girlfriend of a 70-year-old Maltese man reported to police that he had died at the Maximum Guesthouse in Nanai Road, Patong.
The man was a heavy smoker and an asthmatic, the girlfriend told police. His body, found naked on the bed, was taken to Patong Hospital.
Police believe there were no suspicious circumstances.
Two hours earlier, the body of a 24-year-old Frenchman was found hanging from a doorway at a house in Moo 7, Saiyuan, Rawai.
The owner of the rented property said that she had last seen the Frenchman alive on April 26.
There were no signs of a disturbance and no letter.
Police believed the man had been dead for four days. Some marijuana was found in a bedroom.
The body was taken for further examination to Vachira Phuket Hospital in Phuket City.

A guy hanging in a doorway isn't suspicious...? What mindless trash thinking.
