PHUKET: Large Thai property developer Sansiri is to launch the second dCondo development on Phuket - dCondo Kathu-Patong - and will host a sales event January 27-29.
A good response from Phuket clients is expected following the sell-out success of the first dCondo development in 2011.

The company is confident and committed to expanding the company's portfolio on Phuket. The dCondo Kathu-Patong, valued at 800 million baht consists of 653 units. It's expected to be well received with strong sales.
