Phuket's Trisara, Boathouse to Lead the Way for Investment

Friday, November 8, 2013
PHUKET: Narong Pattamasaevi, Chairman of Montara Hospitality Group, announced today that Group is ready to showcase the unique warmth and service-mindedness of the renowned Thai hospitality in Asia and beyond.

''We are ready to start our expansion on a solid foundation. With Trisara, which has been consistently voted as one of the world's finest resorts, and the iconic Boathouse on Kata Beach in Phuket, both under our ownership and management, our quest to strengthen and spread the Trisara brand initially in Thailand and ultimately across Asia, will not be so daunting'', commented Narong, Chairman of Montara Hospitality Group.

Trisara has enjoyed an enviable reputation of offering perfect private luxury to its discerning guests during the past 9 years. In maintaining its world-class standards and service, the resort commands millions of baht annually to ensure its 39 pool suites and 30 residential pool villas, each secluded in the midst of well-kept lush greenery and landscaped gardens, are in pristine condition, and to keep its staff well trained.

Meanwhile, the 24-year old idyllically-located Boathouse, which the Group acquired three years ago, has recently completed extensive renovations and refurbishment totaling over US$6 million (approximately Baht 180 million) during the past year. Distinguished with prestigious Wine Spectator Awards since 1995, Boathouse has also been awarded with the Wine Spectator ''Best of Award of Excellence'' every year since it first received the coveted award in 2006.

The Group plans to build on the Trisara brand by creating unique luxury boutique resorts worldwide.

To support this expansion and reflect the owning-family's passion for knowledge and know-how, the Group will establish Trisara Academy in Phuket.

The hospitality learning institute will train both Thai and other nationals in the fine art of service and all aspects related to the hospitality industry.

How much was phuketwan paid for this obvious advertisement? It should not be presented as journalism, and I am sure the editor is aware in any normal country advertisements must be presented in a different manner than articles.

Not the editor: You seem to have missed two words at the start of the article jimmy: ''Media Release.'' The Editor has often talked about the need for a media site for people who can't read. Mind you, he's also talked about the need for a site for people who can't think, too.
