PHUKET: A new collection of 556 condominium units is to be built next year in central Phuket.
Dcondo by Sansiri Life Comes Home will have a budget of 560 million baht and start and finish construction within calendar 2012 (the company has its own construction arm.)
Prices are to begin at 900,000 baht and the company has two more projects coming.
The three eight-storey buildings are set to go up on Vichitsongkran Road in central Kathu, with pre-sales on offer from mid-October.
A swimming pool will be centrepiece of the complex, with mini-bus shuttles planned for residents to travel to Phuket City.
