A school educator/professor lost/ missed after a more than 100km Jet ski race ( strong current and high waves?).

Does he has a captains license to sail a Jet ski, as written in the thai law?

Was he not having that engine contact swith off cord around his wrist, so that Jet ski stops and remains with him when he was thrown off, after sailing with to much speed, seen the reported sea/weather conditions.

Did this large group before take off not sett a sailing protocol to watch each other, for example setting small groups of about 6 jet skies, each group sticks together and watch each other?

It seemed to be a unlawful and, for educated people, mindless carefree trip.

Well, as many times, at the thai roads and so at sea, Speed is not always your winner. But it needs thinking.

However, a lucky end.
