Anantara Layan, as far as I know, is Herr Heinecke's development project.
May be he will find the way to shut Nikki Club noise there..? - as not only football stars will take residence in this project, but , probably a lot of older and/or easily irritable persons.

I like clubbing, and I like loud music myself - but under appropriate circumstances , not on the beach.

P.S. ... and I dislike Nikki Club - both those establishments in Miami , and on Samui, although the latter one is close to be tolerable and enjoyable.

Their only target is your pension. If you deal with them check out their accreditation.

There must surely be a mechanism in place which must apply to all, that prevents crime and the proceeds of from being able to take a foothold. Only then will this serve as a deterrent.

I just love these stories. Everyone knows exactly what Pattaya is ABOUT. I know innocent till found guilty applies ... BUT it's really quite a joke!
