Suvarnabhumi airport... why does Thailand find hard ways to "fix" problems, all they need to do is, give a one month grace period giving out warnings, then charge errant drivers and confiscate their vehicles, other drivers will quickly change their ways, although a Chinese solution could be considered... shoot them.
