As always,after reading such news,I am appalled and disgusted by the cowardice of this minivan's driver.
RIP Sak,you died at 19 yo, like a handkerchief one throws in a ditch.
My condolences to the family. I can only imagine their suffering.

I know many Thais will say they don't stop because they are scared about being beaten up or killed themselves when this happens but this is no excuse there should be mandatory jail for not stopping after an accident and mandatory jail for attacking someone if they stop after an accident. In other countries generally people stop why not in Thailand. Please army try and change the law for all in Thailand.

So so sad, poor kid....

Actually,last night I was watching a Thai soap, and there was a scene where someone gets knocked down, and surprise surprise, the driver never stopped he just carried on, leaving the body on the roadside ??? So if they see it on the soaps, they can do it in real life.
But st 19 he was too young to die....
