I still don't know how the police do it at Tachatchai Checkpoint? I have passed there many times over 20 years & only seen policemen out checking vehicles once!
It has to have been a tip-off; though no matter, the important thing is this nasty villain has been caught. Well done the police. Chasing & capturing an armed person is always high risk, especially when he has proven willing & able to use that gun.
