PHUKET: Phuketwan reporters and scores of other motorists ploughed through a flash flood this afternoon of the kind that, according to some media outlets, was not supposed to be occurring. The flooding extended for perhaps half a kilometre along the Phra Phuket Keaw Road approaching the Tesco Lotus intersection in Phuket City.
