THIRTY candidates for the Miss Thailand World 2010 title are making the most of a visit to Phuket until Friday.

This particular gorgeous galaxy is staying at the Cape Panwa Hotel, where rooms are currently being upgraded and villa accommodation added.

Today the young women will be at the Baan Laem Sai School in Thepkasattri Road, Phuket City, helping to repaint classrooms.

Among the attractive arrivals yesterday was candidate No. 26, Kitpiya Yosawiriyapanit, who said she was ''very excited'' by her visit to Phuket because it was well known for its great beaches and its beauty.

She remembered a little about Phuket from her first visit, with her family when she was seven years old.

The candidates yesterday enjoyed Cape Panwa's welcoming hospitality, lining up for massaman curry, tom yum gung soup and larb gai spicy chicken.
