PHUKET: A turtle missing a left flipper washed up on Phuket's Kamala beach today and was taken to the Phuket Marine Biology Centre at Cape Panwa - just like a first injured turtle that washed up on the same beach yesterday.
A small dolphin was also washed close to shore at Naithon beach yesterday, but lifeguards manged to help steer it out to sea.
