It makes no sense to compare penis size of people of so different proportions and build.
It is more reasonable to compare Europe/N.America/Australia vs. Africa, than vs. East and Sothern Asia.
Naturally, Europeauds has got an anatomical advantage here over the average South-East Asian man , that is one of the point that plays a factor of attraction for Thai woman.
But looking on the street you can see that tourists' genes have left a noticeable trace here as there are increasing number of Thai males 2m+ high.
That probably also a result of better nutrition as historically Thai diet was poor on proteins.
