AP A Russian passenger airliner crashed Sunday night while trying to land at the airport in the city of Kazan, killing all 50 people aboard, officials said. I take it the Beijing pancake vendor's double pricing strategy followed a recent trip to Phuket?

"Upmarket beach clubs are transforming the Phuket social scene" - they certainly are, but no mention of encroachment in the article.

Yep, in China double pricing is actually illegal since several years.
