A tuk tuk factory in Amsterdam! Innovation! Going electric! Future!

A missed chance for Thailand industry. It could have been a great chance to have this done in Thailand, meaning good environment image + jobs for many thais.
Well, Thailand can copy ( they are good in that) and make all these tuk tuks on Phuket electrical. Battery capacity only needed for 2-3 trips a day. More not needed. Good plan, yes?

Yes! But please leave out the rip-offs, gem scams, extortion and tourist bashings!

@ Joe. The tuk tuks are already tested and in use in the Amsterdam climate. People, local and tourists love it, it is quiet and very environmental friendly. I heard Amsterdam is quite tourist friendly, hardly any rip offs, and no double pricing! Thai tourists pay there the same prices as the locals.

Editor Comment:

That fourth wheel on all the Patong tuk-tuks seems to be the very expensive part.
