BRITISH expat Lionel Cleary, who died this morning, is to be farewelled on Sunday with a wake at Nikita's in Rawai from 3pm.
As one friend said, Mr Cleary was well known for ''his love of wine and conversation.'' He was an important part of Phuket life for a large group of expats.
It is believed Mr Cleary was well into his 70s and had been combatting a long illness.
