PHUKET: A Russian woman believed to be under the influence of drugs was arrested on Phuket early today after she damaged her husband's pickup with a set of dumbells.
She also used a spade, police said.
It is believed the woman, named as Nadeczda Karplyuk, 28, was inebriated at the time of the incident. The vehicle was badly damaged.
The woman had to be restrained by police after officers were called to premises in Rawai about 8.30am.
About 5 gms of marijuana was found in her possession. It is believed she had been at a party and returned home where she and her Thai husband argued.
She presented the police with the drugs, officers said, leading to her arrest and the arrest of her husband, Ekkatad Plodrok, 31.
Miss Karplyuk is being held at Chalong Police Station but police say she remains impossible to talk to at present.

High on Marijuana??? Unless she attacked the truck with a bag of chips and a fountain coke I would speculate she is on something a bit more potent.
