A MAN from Krabi who parked his Honda Civic near Rajabhat University in Phuket City forgot to pull on the handbrake today, and in his absence the vehicle rolled into the nearby pond. Nobody was injured.

Phuket Update Five Singaporeans were held when senior Phuket officials raided a shop selling pirate copy goods in Patong on Tuesday night. The Singaporeans were named as Tanma La, 35, Maung Wam, 32, Ba Yan Ku Mar Yan, 26, Kisanar Kouin, 19, and Maung Gi Wan Pa lee Gus, 37. Three Thais were also held. The eight said they were staff in the shop.
