PHUKET: A Phuket tourist who kept his neighbors awake with late-night parties in Patong has paid a high price by being arrested by police on a drugs charge.
Officers from Kathu Police Station raided the room of Iranian Safari Behzad, 44, about 2am today. They took away Mr Behzad, drug paraphernalia and 4.55 grams of ya ice methamphetamine.
If Mr Behzad had kept the noise down, there may have not been such a problem.
But according to people in neighboring rooms, Mr Behzad often brought back women and kept other residents in the Nanai apartment block awake once too often.
