Former lovers meet in less happy circumstances at a Phuket police station

German Boyfriend Fails to Keep Shopping for Sex Promise: Women Steal Car, Say Police

Sunday, March 15, 2015
PHUKET: Two women on Phuket robbed a German visitor of everything they could carry or drive, including his car, when he broke his promise to go shopping after sex, police said today.

Nongluk ''Beer'' Homnon, 26, first met the 62-year-old German man on the online chat side Badoo, according to police, then later she met Wolfgang Gerhard Helmut Dehl-Buntha at Phuket International Airport.

She and her friend, Rattiya ''Tri'' Sirijampa, 25, went with the man to his house in Karon. Later, after Khun Rattiya had left, the pair had sex.

However the following morning, instead of going shopping to buy her new clothes and a telephone as he said he would, Mr Dehl-Buntha stayed in bed, then had a late breakfast and showed no intention of going shopping.

Khun Beer called her friend Khun Rattiya who said the answer was simple: take his stuff.

So a gold necklet, three amulets and other items quickly disappeared and soon after, so did Mr Dehl-Buntha's Toyota Camry.

The German went to the police who arrested the two women later, even though they had managed to change the vehicle's number plates and pretended that they owned the vehicle.

This reminds me of my ex girlfriend who decided as we had finished took every thing from the house including the washing machine, impressive for a 42kg lady if she carried it herself. She and her friends took every thing in a pick up. Fortunately the nice chaps in brown asked her to come to the station and after lying saying she had left Phuket she came. The Police asked me if I wanted to take legal action and she might go to jail for 2 years as it was night theft, so I said yes but more than 2 years! Just kidding as she had a 5 year old son I said no action but she must tell me where all my stuff is. She still would not, clearly never worked as a diplomat. It took an older Thai lady to persuade her it was game over, strangely she did not seem concerned about the Police. I had been with her a years, but in Thailand things move quicker under such circumstances. I love Thailand been here 7 years.

I can understand the disappointment this lady felt. I've been in a similar situation, promised that after doing the deed, I can go to the pub, have a smoke and a beer and spend a few hours watching sport. Only to be told 20 seconds later that I'm now going shopping

Perhaps the two Thai women didn't look quite as beautiful to the German the next morning, him being slightly hung over and all, but he should keep his promise.

Editor Comment:

That's a foolish generalisation, FNG, but we'll let you get it off your chest. Plenty have gone the other way.
