PHUKET: An expat apparently down on his luck committed suicide by tossing himself in front of a bus early today. The man, a 59-year-old Fin, appeared to be waiting in the middle of the road outside the Jomtien Palm Beach Resort in Pattaya, said bus driver Nattawut Keawsuk, 42, But as the bus drew closer, the man jumped in front of it. The man had 29 baht in a pocket. The Russians on board were being taken from Khao Chang to Pattaya Park Resort.
