Tuesday, February 24, 2015
PHUKET: A fine of 10,000 baht was paid yesterday by the owners of an underwater aquarium anchored in national marine park waters off Phi Phi. Papers appeared in order. Yes, of course, papers were always in order, more that 8 years for sure! "Further Investigation" is something what would make that NCPO should investigate this investigation. Let NCPO investigate what is wrong for more than 8 years now with that aquarium. Let us know, Be open, fair and transparent. Eliminate any smell of local authority corruption.

The fine is hardly going to stop them. They probably pocket more profit than that daily.
